Teaching content
This course is mainly to learn how to teach an ideal bread dough. Coupled with the hand-rubbing skills, how roll-out and exhaust, rounded only smooth bread, so that the basic skills to make bread more stable. How to manipulate the finer attachment on the cartoon bread, how to master the fermentation time, in order to make the finished product more perfect.
All breads are made from natural flour. There is no added artificial coloring for anything. In addition to the word "褔" on Lucky Cat's bread, all the other ingredients are made from dough and never filled with color.
