Come and join our Winter Basketball Camp!

 

Program:

• Footwork
• Body coordination and reflex training
• Strength and stamina training
• Increase in basketball IQ and theory discussion
• Basic post moves
• Ball handling
• Proper shooting instruction

Three age group:

• 5 - 9 yrs old - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
• 10 - 13 yrs old - 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
• 14 - 17 yrs old - 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
