Come, drum, sing, dance and enjoy being playful!
Japanese percussionist Kumi Masunaga leads a fun-packed rhythm journey for all ages and abilities, making music on the drums and percussion instruments provided.
You can also bring your own instrument if you have one. More the merrier for the big jam! (About 100+ people average.) The programme is designed for people of all ages and back ground regardless of music abilities/experience. Let's have fun making music together!!
Everyone is welcome regardless of age or music experience. Drums and percussion instruments provided. First come first served. No reservation required!
All drums are water-proof, but in case of rainy weather, the programme (whole or partial) may be cancelled at the venue. If in doubt of the weather on the show day, call +852 9750 4212 (Kumi) or +852 2734 2009 (HK Cultural Centre).
The drum jam is a part of Tom Lee Music Plaza event.
The jam will be followed by a children's hand-bell group, a ocarina performance and four bands playing live. Enjoy free music until sunset. For the list of the band/group, click here
