Ms. Lee teaches children ages 7-12 on Saturdays from 11am-1pm in Cova Caffe & Ristorante in Causeway Bay. Tuition is HK$980 and includes a 3-course lunch:
- Dining etiquette, including placing orders with the server, navigating place settings, correct handling of utensils, napkin use, rules for eating bread and soup, and how to confidently handle dining mishaps
- The Do's and Don'ts of Mealtime Behavior
- Greeting Others
- Appropriate Conversations at the Table
