- USDA 1855 Black Angus Roast Beef (1kg, HK$1,550) alongside the fluffiest Yorkshire puddings, root vegetables and roasted vine tomatoes (Serves 4).
- Whole Suckling Pig (2.5-3kg, HK$1,500) paired with a tangy tomato and goat’s cheese salad and perfectly roasted potatoes (Serves 4).
- Chicken Cushion (HK$285) with Doux marinated, house- and bacon-stuffed chicken, perched atop creamed sweetcorn and topped with confit tomato and roasted peppers (Serves 2).
