Klook is not obligated to provide ingredient information or allergen information and we cannot guarantee any of the products/items sold is free of allergens. If you have allergies, allergic reactions or dietary restrictions and requirements, please contact the relevant Merchant before purchasing
Individuals, pregnant women, young children and the elderly with compromised immune systems and/or food allergies are solely responsible for the consumption of the products/items
In the unlikely event that you feel that the product/items are not fit for consumption due to damage/quality issues, kindly contact Klook Travel Customer Service Hotline found in your voucher immediately or within 24 hours of collection from the Merchant with photos/videos as proof of evidence. We will provide you with full or partial credit or refund of the products/items purchased PROVIDED ALWAYS that such unsuitability for consumption arises through no fault of your own
