Singing in a choir can be much more than simply standing in lines and singing!
In this workshop, Leipzig Opera’s Children and Youth Choir Director Sophie Bauer takes participants on a journey to experience the music, musical games and dances of different nations. Participants will learn about Indian, African and traditional European music, and how to improvise their own music, bringing singing and fun together.
The workshops will conclude with a showcase concert at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Foyer. This is a perfect opportunity for children's chorus or young choir members to discover the fun of singing and develop their vocal prowess!
