Pacific Cello Orchestra Hong Kong (PCO) is managed by the Hong Kong International Cello Association (HKICA).

HKICA established in 2004 under society ordinance and currently a registered charity organization under section 88, our mission has always been serving the Hong Kong community with our expertise in music. On a non-profit making basis, we host a variety of activities to promote cello playing and music appreciation for anyone despite age and occupation. It is our desire to see people gain pleasure and build friendship from participating in our activities.

Since 2004, over 20,000 people have enjoyed and benefited from our concerts, talks, and workshops. Throughout the years, we brought to the Hong Kong audience magnificent performances and masterclasses by distinguished cellists like Colin Carr, David Finckel, Martin Lohr, Miklos Perenyi, to name a few. Besides, HKICA is keen to promote up and coming young cellists and provide platform for talented cellists to perform. More than 20 young cellists have been presented by the association to date for their public debut performance.
