Meet the Sea Turtle: A Health Check - There are 7 species of sea turtles in the world. Do you know which species is the most commonly seen in Hong Kong? Sometimes cases of stranded turtles are found in Hong Kong. What challenges do they face when living in Hong Kong waters? This workshop will introduce the species of sea turtles, their living habits, health conditions and how to protect their habitats.

Responsible Whale and Dolphin Watching - A rare whale was spotted visiting Hong Kong waters! What was he doing here? In this workshop, we will demonstrate the open-mouth feeding tactic of baleen whales, introduce the whales and dolphins found in Hong Kong waters, and demonstrate how to keep a safe distance from these ocean wonders! Hong Kong is the home of whales and dolphins too, so let's live in harmony with them!

Getting to Know the Bees and Wasps - Buzz, buzz, buzz, honeybees build hives and make honey. Although bees and wasps may look alike, they are not the same. In fact, the groups of bees and wasps are huge and they have diverse living habits. Surprisingly, the majority of these species live alone. In this workshop, we will explore fun facts about bees and wasps, and design a comfortable house for solitary bees.

Dolphin Story Reading Workshop - Dolphins are one of the important indicators of the ocean's health. The loss of dolphin habitats rings alarm bells for the health of marine life and even human life. This workshop introduces the Chinese white dolphin in a lively manner, enabling the audience to explore their world and living habit and learn about the importance of protecting them through a reading of the children's picture book "Red Moon".

Butterfly Watch - Butterflies are the second largest order among all insect groups. They are extremely diverse in terms of morphology and colour. What is the secret of their survival strategy? This workshop will tell you all about the senses and habits of butterflies and the common butterfly species in Hong Kong.

Discovery of Sea Lions - Sea lions are playful and curious. They look similar to seals. Do you know how to tell them apart? What is the daily life of sea lions? Let's find out the answers together through different hands-on experiments!

Nurturing Sea Wonder - There are many types of marine organisms, each with its unique characteristics. Through raising and observing jellyfish, clownfish and seahorses, we can discover a lot of interesting knowledge about them. During the workshop, we will share the features and rearing methods of these marine organisms. Participants can also enjoy their beauty through close observation.

Colourful Nature - Colours are found everywhere in nature, from the brightest shiny colours to camouflage colours that blend in with the environment. Have you ever thought about how colours are formed in nature? This workshop will introduce two colour-producing mechanisms (pigmentary and structural colours) and show you how organisms make use of colours in their lives.

Practical Guide on Rainforest Resources - Tropical rainforests seem far away from us, but in reality, they are closely related to our daily life. Resources from tropical rainforests are used as food, shelter and daily use such as coffee, palm oil, spices. The workshop will introduce the precious biological treasure of the Earth from another perspective and let you understand how the application of rainforest resources affects us and the future of tropical rainforests through quiz games.
