Going beyond academic performance, iEP aims at nurturing a global mindset and cross-cultural communication skills in students. During the programme, participants will be able to get to know people from different backgrounds and all over the world. In this highly globalized world, having a global mindset, characterized by the capability of adjusting to different environment, capitalizing on diversity and global trends, and working with international colleagues, is vitally important for candidates to be successful and competitive in a global role. It is essential to equip yourself with skills that allow you to deal with inter-cultural issues and situations. The first step is always the hardest, but we will guide you through the way. Highlights

Experiential Learning: through different experiential simulations, participants would gain a deeper understanding to the severity and imminence of the global issues, thus, building greater empathy towards those who are facing consequences
Cultural Diversity: participants will get in touch with people from a vast diversity of backgrounds, during which they build or consolidate their cross-cultural communication skills by interacting with and learn from people who are living a totally different life from them.
