The film was made for the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Estonia

 

The scientists Karl the Raccoon and Victor the Fish arrive in Gadgetville. They are participating in a competition for collecting old folk songs. Whoever succeeds in acquiring the folk song of the mythical fire-breathing dragon wins the competition. Lotte and her new-born sister Roosi decide to help the scientists and start the unexpected adventures to find the dragons.
