Art Docent Junior Camp is a 4-day training camp combining docent skills and art skills workshops.

Become a Junior Docent at chi K11 art space's 4 day-long camp, where campers discover new ways to interpret and create art, meet new friends, and have fun. Taught by award-winning visual art teachers, campers will learn the fundamentals of abstract art along with expressionist techniques to create their own work through various media. In addition to the art, the fun and the games, Art Docent Junior Camp benefits campers by building self-esteem, enhancing their speaking skills and providing opportunities to verbalize personal choices. The camp will conclude with an art tour and reception for families where campers will showcase their group artwork and express their own thought about art.

What to expect

Day 1: Docent skills training: Confidence and Initiative training. Art skills training: Painting clock art class
Day 2: Docent skills training: Concentration and memory training. Art skills training: Abstract art tote bag class
Day 3: Docent skills training: Presentation skills and articulation training. Art skills training: Art appreciation & team work training - Circle workshop art (group work)
Day 4: Conduct mock art tour, graduation party and K11 Junior Docent certificate presentation
