These short courses are 2-day workshops that takes you from exploring luneville hook embroidery to working on real draping on a mini mannequin.

2-day Workshop on 18 & 25 Aug

Day 1: Learn to get your designs on paper, a crucial skill for anyone who wants to become a fashion designer
Day 2: Start by taping the dummy, then move onto draping on the mannequin to create bodices and various skirt styles
Course fee includes 2 days of class (18 & 25 Aug), 3 hours per day, total 6 hours

YLYstudio, newly found in 2017 by Matt YL HUI and Lilian LY Tsang. By creating this new brand, Matt and Lilian wants to bring back the value of workmanship in fashion. After Matt finished his Master's degree at Royal College of Art in London and Lilian completed her professional Haute Couture Embroidery course at Ecole Lasage, Paris, the team joined once again and aim to bring back the art behind fashion.
