K11 Design Store collaborates with local experienced calligrapher, to introduce art calligraphy to the public, bringing the philosophy of slow living to life through a series of workshop.
Modern Copperplate Calligraphy draws attention all over the world recently, as it is relatively flexible and easy to learn. The decorative style embodies both thin and bold lines on the same character, you can learn this as the first step of the calligraphy journey.

Remarks
1. Modern Calligraphy - Beginner Level or relevant knowledge prerequisite is required to attend this class.
2. Participant will be required to bring their own pen holder to the workshop.
3. If the workshop’s enrollment is less than 4, K11 Design Store shall have the right to cancel that workshop or invite the participant(s) to switch to another workshop by 3 days prior notice.
Tutor's Background
Ying Man Hon (Travis), Master of Fine Arts. Travis used to learn calligraphy since 16, he is devoted to visual arts and has created his very own one-of-a-kind style of hand lettering, including Modern Calligraphy, Gothic, Roman and Handlettering and Chalkboard Art. In these years, he was interviewed by different media about his professions, like TVB, Cable TV, Cup Magazine and Metropop.
