Return to nature・Learn the way of life from nature

Kadoorie Earth Program invites mindfulness yoga instructor Janet Lau to hold a four-day yoga life meditation camp at the end of the year - "Return to nature and learn the way of life from nature". We will use yoga, lectures and meditation methods to allow participants to return to The embrace of nature, learning to get along with oneself, identifying and accepting the original self.

Content
In the natural world, every life has a position, role and contribution, mutual benefit, no distinction between high and low; the birth and death of every life has its meaning, the end of one life can be the beginning of another life, life It's such a mysterious cycle.

In the process of growing up, we hope to be recognized or accepted, intentionally or unintentionally suppress the original appearance, and hope to become a better another person through hard work. Because our inner needs have not been met, we keep looking outside, but the outside world is often beyond our control, so the gains outweigh the losses.

In this four-day yoga life meditation camp, we will feel our body through yoga and meditation methods, learn to listen to our inner voice, practice accompanying the most original self, and know how to live in harmony with the inner. Under the guidance of Janet, we can feel the connection between nature and us. Everyone is a part of nature. Just like every life, everyone has a unique role and position. Let us return to the embrace of nature in these four days, and practice different meditation methods: walking, standing, sitting, lying down, and learn her way of life from nature, so as to open the way of getting along with the inner communion , identify and accept your original appearance, nourish the seeds of love and compassion.
