Night Walk



Embark on a thrilling adventure into the mysterious nocturnal world with our Night Walk Programme at KFBG.

 

Led by our knowledgeable wildlife experts, this immersive experience offers a chance to uncover the secrets of the nocturnal realm. The program runs twice a month from May to November, providing an opportunity to observe and learn about the captivating creatures that come alive after sunset.

Highlights:

  • Discover the fascinating world of bats, one of the most successful groups of nocturnal animals.
  • Visit the habitats of rescued nocturnal animals like owls and leopard cats, observing them during their most active hours.
  • Immerse yourself in the symphony of calls from nocturnal wildlife on our hillside. Along the walk, you may encounter fireflies, frogs, snakes, and with a stroke of luck, even spot wild porcupines or hear the call of the barking deer.

  • Event Period: May - November, twice a month
  • Venue: Lower area of KFBG
  • Time: Evening - Night (2 hours)
  • Target Audience: Ages 12 and above (participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult)
  • Participant Limit: 20 participants
  • Language: English (with Chinese supplementation).
