The taro cake is full of taro fragrance, adding sausages, dried shrimps, etc., the aroma is tangy; the taste is light with taro grains, and the unique glutinous taste is memorable. As a New Year's snack, Youjiao means oily and joyful. The production process is full of challenges, and the kung fu of kneading the horns is very important. With one pinch, the outer layer is crispy and golden, and the oily horns are fragrant. Experienced instructors from Kee Wah Workshop will teach how to make these 2 traditional Chinese New Year foods to add to the festive atmosphere.
