Strong language skills including oral fluency often lead to greater school success, wider employment opportunities and deeper social network links. Good speakers are also better communicators which leads to greater personal confidence and influence.

Kendall’s teachers are excited to share with parents a few simple strategies we use that can also be done at home to positively enhance your child’s language development! Register now for workshop and stay longer to learn how Kendall uses these strategies and others to provide a quality and powerful educational experience for all young children.

Please register for either one workshop at 1:30-2:15PM and information session at 2:45-3:30PM：

Conversational Reading strategies workshop (Medium：English)

- builds imagination, empathy, critical thinking, and creativity and moves beyond fact and data
Rhythm and rhyme to build letter-sounds workshop (Medium：Mandarin)

- a fun way to build vocabulary, develop letter-sound relationships, learn syllables and sound patter
Physical activities and language learning workshop (Medium：English)

- a powerful strategy for children to begin learning patterns of speech, vocabulary, and even grammar
