Outdoor activities
- Monday to Friday :
When the thunderstorm warning, yellow rainstorm, red rainstorm, black rainstorm warning and tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or above are still in force after 12 noon on the event day, outdoor activities on that day will be suspended.
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays :
When the thunderstorm warning, yellow rainstorm, red rainstorm, black rainstorm warning and tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or above are still in effect after 10 am on the day of the event, outdoor activities on that day will be suspended.
Indoor activities
- Monday to Friday :
When the black rainstorm warning and tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above are still in force after 12 noon on the day of the event, indoor activities on that day will be suspended.
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays :
When the black rainstorm warning and tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above are still in force after 10 am on the day of the event, indoor activities on that day will be suspended.
When the warning signal is lowered, the activity will resume within two hours. If the warning signal is not lowered at 4 pm, the event will not be open for the day.
