Hong Kong's First and Only Kids Yoga Studio

 

Little Yogis is on a mission to bring yoga, mindfulness and healthy eating to children aged one to twelve years old. Classes are designed to equip kids with relaxation and breathing skills to help them focus, concentrate and regulate emotions. Yoga and movement will exercise physical bodies and imagination, whilst cooking and food discovery will help them make healthy food choices. To help build a foundation of holistic health and well-being for your kids.

Classes

  • Baby Yoga (3 - 12 Months Old)

Baby yoga helps to attune to your baby’s needs and to calm or stimulate them as appropriate with a sense of security and wellbeing. It is beneficial for all babies, you don’t need to practice yoga or even know anything about yoga to get started with your baby. From Birth babies respond positively to the stimulation of movement and touch together.​

  • Toddler Yoga (1 - 3 Years Old)

Classes are full of fun and imagination! One week kids might go under the sea, the next week they will go explore the safari of Africa. For this age group, yoga classes focus on keeping little imagination in gear, in a world filled with TVs, iPads and computer games. Sometimes it is just refreshing to just let imagination run wild! Little Yogis will also be singing silly songs and storytelling with interactive puppets.​

  • Kids Yoga (3 - 12 Years Old)

Begin to introduce the idea of yoga practice and its benefits for body and minds. Little Yogis use games, stories and imagination to practice yoga poses, which improve kids' strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga classes also includes breathing exercises and relaxation methods and give children tools they can use to cope with stress and regulate emotions. Resilient to life's challenges!
