Start from the stunning and delicious Wish you a Merry Pavlova, this edible-festive decoration will bring you to a winter wonderland. And the refreshing and creamy delight, Coconut Flaxseeds Pudding with Honey Aloe combines the tropical flavours of coconuts with the health benefits of flaxseeds and soothing sweetness of honey aloe. Try the Cinnamon Scones (served with Clotted Cream & Yuzu Jam)! The warm and fragrant scones are freshly baked and infused with the comforting spice of cinnamon, which are perfect for a cozy afternoon.
We are prepared exquisite dishes indulged with seasonal ingredients. Such as Crab Meat with Chinese Water Chestnut Garden Sandwich, our guests can experience the harmonious blend of succulent crab meat, crispy water chestnuts and a garden-fresh medley of flavours in one delightful bite. The Mini Olive & Herbs Madeleine is savoury yet aromatic. These bite-size madeleine are infused with the rich flavours of olive and herbs that creates a perfect balance of taste.
