Available from the 4th of March until the 30th of April, 2024, this carefully crafted afternoon tea set is a celebration of the vibrant blooms and joyous spirit that accompanies the arrival of spring. Drawing inspiration from the beauty of roses, geraniums, and poppies, we invite you to join us in a state of pure euphoria as we indulge in this delightful culinary experience.
Our guests can indulge in an exquisite selection of treats including the luscious Raspberry Religieuse, Chamomile Double Fromage Tartlet, the rich and indulgent Red Velvet Cake, and delicious Elderflower & Green apple Compote with Dacquoise. The highlight of the spread is our savoury and crispy Smoked Salmon & Salmon Roe Vol Au Vent. Each pastry is a harmonious balance of flavours, textures, and aromas, creating a delightful springtime experience that will awaken the senses while rejuvenating the skin.
From the 4th of March to 30th of April, 2024, our “Springtime Euphoria” afternoon tea set is available daily at Madame Fù Grand Café Chinois. The afternoon tea set is priced at HKD $550 for two persons and HKD $338 for a one-person set.
