Inspired by the springtime ice cream flavour “Blooming Blueberry Tart” and “Strawberries and Cream”, Madame Fù chef team features the seasonal fruits and fresh ingredients perfectly tempered by the sweet and sour spring berries. Signature desserts include the Blueberry Tart with Fresh Meringue, these refreshing yet richly flavoured lilac tarts are made with fresh blueberries and topped with meringue that is torched to perfection. Another highlight of the afternoon tea is the Blueberry Goat Cheese Tart with Strawberry Tart Shell, spring berries are always a good idea for pies - the acidic sweetness of blueberries and strawberries blended with umami goat cheese and baked to wobbly perfection. A little like the salt in salted caramel, this pie will surprise you with the little hinch of salty of the goat cheese while relish in the refreshing berries jam filling. Enjoy the Strawberry Cheesecake with Homemade Strawberry Jam with its light and fluffy creamy topped with a delightful homemade strawberry jam infused into fresh strawberries and lemon juice.
