Parenting is hard! Everyone knows that by now, and it is important to keep getting support, working on improving ourselves, and learning new techniques to improve your communication and relationships with your children.

P.E.T is one of the most researched based, well thought out and practical framework by American Psychologist Thomas Gordon, teaching healthy communication skills. After last year's successful seminar at Mulberry House, Catherine will be offering another 3 hours Active Listening seminar in February. Come ready to reflect, to ask questions, and be prepared to formulate responses to your own challenges.

Speaker Bio: Catherine Khang Banson, graduated from Brown University with a Law degree, is a certified instructor of Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T) and Youth Effectiveness Training (Y.E.T). Catherine is a mother to three teens. She has taught over 20 P.E.T courses and runs 3 Y.E.T courses with students from CIS, GSIS, HKIS, and CDNIS.
