[ 2024 Juniors Athletics Training Course (APR-JUN) ] is now enrolling!

Releasing stress, making friends, developing perseverance, self-growth... 新競技田徑 Newave Athletics students have been breaking through through training and have won good results in recent competitions, we are still preparing for future competitions, so sign up now! Tseung Kwan O Long Jump Class is also added in this term!

Juniors Program

Time: April to June 2024
Target Group: P2 to S3 students aged 6 years and older.
Fee: $1760 (11 Classes) $1920 (12 Classes) $2080(13 Classes)
A registration fee of $100 is required for new students, which includes an administration fee and a training T-shirt.
Location: Aberdeen, Wan Chai, Kowloon Tsai, Kowloon Bay, Hammer Hill Road, Tin Shui Wai, Tuen Mun, North District, Tai Po, Tseung Kwan O

Classes Include:

Warm-up (static, dynamic, stretching)
Posture improvement
Sports-related fitness training (speed, explosive power, etc.)
Functional training
Pre-race Preparation

Our coaches will conduct regular tests and evaluations for our trainees to keep track of their progress and make appropriate adjustments, as well as to discuss training plans and goals with them. Those with outstanding performance can represent our club to participate in local youth open competitions upon recommendation of our coaches, and those with good results in the competitions can be promoted to our elite training programme.

Established in 2021, NEWAVE aims to promote athletics in Hong Kong, popularise and encourage local children and young people to actively participate in athletics, nurture a new generation of young people's passion for the sport and identify outstanding athletes.
