2024 Long Jump Summer Course (SEPT)
- Target Group: Student athletes studying in Primary 4 or above
- Venue: Wan Chai Sports Ground
- Time: 10/17/24 September, every Tuesday 18:00-20:00
- Fee: $600 / 3 classes

Course content includes:
- Long jump specialised warm-up movements
- Technique break down training (jumping, freeing, landing)
- Explosive power training
- Running Speed Improvement
- Competition Preparation
Long Jump Specialised Training is for athletes who wish to improve their long jump ability and are interested in developing their long jump skills (participants should bring their own spiked shoes).

Established in 2021, NEWAVE aims to promote athletics in Hong Kong, popularise and encourage local children and young people to actively participate in athletics, nurture a new generation of young people's passion for the sport and identify outstanding athletes.
