Calling all kids and their parents!

This summer holiday, Olympian City joins forces with renowned Ukrainian wooden figures label UGEARS to transform the Central Atrium into a fantastic forest featuring mechanical trams and helicopters that weave their way through mysterious treehouses and automated blossoms, where kids and kidults alike are to embark on a treasure hunt for passwords to unlock the treasure box filled with fabulous prizes, with the help of treasure maps that take adventurers through different STEM missions!

Activities

Treasure Hunt Adventure
Young explorers who complete the STEM missions at designated spots marked on the treasure maps and retrieve all passwords can open the treasure box and win treasures!

Date: 6 – 30/8/2018
Time: 12nn – 9pm (Last registration at 8:30pm)
Venue: Central Atrium, G/F, Olympian City 2

How to Join: Customers with a same-day spending of HK$300 or above paid by electronic means^ at maximum two merchants in Olympian City / Coronation Circle or 300 Olympian Kids points can redeem one treasure map and STEM guidebook. Those who have completed all STEM missions accordingly and retrieved the passwords to unlock the treasure box can win a treasure. Treasures are available in limited quantities and are given away on a first-come-first-served basis while supplies last.

UGEARS STEM Experience Zone
Experience the fun of UGEARS wooden figures for free, including miniature locomotives, carriages, timers and geared devices.

Date: 6 – 30/8/2018
Time: 12nn – 9pm (Last registration at 8:30pm)
Venue: Central Atrium, G/F, Olympian City 2

STEM Maker Workshop
In this family-friendly workshop, participants can learn to assemble various components to create UGEARS wooden cars, planes, guitars and huts without adhesive tools. Participants can also learn how to fold an exquisite paper rose.

Date: 4 – 5/8, 11 – 12/8, 18 – 19/8, 25 – 26/8/2018 (Saturday & Sunday)
Time: 2 – 7pm (Each session lasts for half an hour. For workshop timetable, please contact Concierge or our staff on-site)
Venue: Central Atrium, G/F, Olympian City 2

How to Join: Customers with a same-day spending of HK$800 or above paid by electronic means^ at maximum two merchants in Olympian City / Coronation Circle or 3,000 Olympian Kids points can join the workshop once. Mechanical Flowers DIY Workshop
Under the guidance of students from the School of Design at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, customers can learn to utilise design and electronic theories to make DIY mechanical flowers that blossom automatically.

Date: 19/8 & 25/8/2018 (Sunday)
Time: 1 – 3pm & 4 – 6pm (Each session lasts for 2 hours)
Venue: OC STEM Lab, 1/F, Olympian City 2

Fantastic Forest Exploration with STEM Sir
STEM Sir, guest host of TV show Kids, Think Big, will guide tour members through the fantastic forest while solving the mysteries of various STEM missions.

Date: 11 & 12/8, 18/8/2018 (Saturday & Sunday) Time: 2:30pm & 5:30pm (Each session lasts for about 30 minutes)
Date: 19/8/2018 (Sunday) Time: 4:00pm & 5:30pm (Each session lasts for about 30 minutes)
