Olympian City Timeless Leslie Encounter

To commemorate 20 years of legacy of iconic pop star "Gor Gor" Leslie Cheung, Olympian City joins forces with Red Mission to organise the "Timeless Leslie Encounter" event, which will narrate 20 stories of encounter with "Gor Gor" by his close friends, collaborators and fans from both Hong Kong and overseas to help keep his legacy alive.

20 Stories of Encounter

Gor Gor’s close friends, collaborators and fans from both Hong Kong and overseas have been invited to share their encounters with the star and showcase memorabilia in their collections.

Classical Neon Light Wall

Designed based on the infinity sign ‘“∞” to symbolise the everlasting quality of Leslie’s works, the neon light wall showcases songs and films considered to be the most iconic based on voting by fans worldwide.

“Encounter with Leslie” Photo Mosaic

By donating HK$20 or using S+ REWARDS 3 Points, shoppers may participate in the making of a large-scale Leslie mosaic which shall consist of over 3,000 stories of encounter, and receive a 4R photo as souvenir. Limited quota applies and is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

A Tribute to Leslie

During the event period, a self-playing grand piano will be looping various classics by Leslie while the giant TV screen will be playing 20 video clips featuring Leslie from time to time. On designated dates, music performances will also be staged to pay tribute to Leslie.

Gift Redemption

Upon designated same-day spending* or S+ REWARDS 20 Points, shoppers may redeem a set of iron-on embroidered patches. Limited quota is available on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts.

Timeless Leslie Encounter Sharing Session

Two friends and collaborators of Leslie, designer Alan Chan and choreographer Chris Choi, together with fans from different parts of the world, will share their stores of meeting or working with Gor Gor. Award-winning millennial singer Mike Tsang will also perform Leslie’s classic song.
