When you are feeling lonely and distressed, the warm flavours of home will become exceptionally nostalgic. Needless to say, there are stories and memories behind home-cooked meals.
Starting from November, Ms Lili Ho, former DJ and programme producer at Hong Kong Commercial Radio, will be the new host at PMQ Taste Library’s Family Recipes Workshops every Sunday!
Anyone knows that Kengo Sensei is passionate about Japanese culture. He even wrote a book on all the good reasons of living a content life in Japan. I am not sure if Japanese food was the first thing that got Kengo interested in the country. All I understand is that he literally becomes a Japanese and he knows everything, from the traditions and customs, to social and cultural issues, about Japan.
Let's do something different in this Chinese New year! We will not be making Chinese festive food, but traditional Japanese food for new year. Come and join this session, and listen to more stories of Kengo Sensei!
