Misshapen fruits are often rejected, but with a spark of creativity, they can be made into “● and ■” desserts.
Under the tutor's guidance, participants create their own shapes and flavours of sorbet. Learning about handling leftover fruit and discovering unexpectedly tasty combinations while cooling yourself down in the hot hot summer.
