The Benefits of Bilingual Education - Want to learn more about how bilingual education benefits children? If your child is currently enrolled in the bilingual program or you are interested in enrolling please attend this session to learn more about the program and their benefits.
Preparing Students as IB Learners: Parent Workshop - An integral part of the IB program is the IB learner profile. The IB learner profile develops the whole child and prepares students to be internationally minded people who, as global citizens, will help to create a better and more peaceful world. Students are empowered with skills to succeed in meaningful careers and lead a happier and more successful school life.
How STEMinn Equips Students for Real-World Success - In today’s world we must work across many functions in our jobs that often span across borders and ongoing challenges demand innovation. Innovation and Stamford go hand-in-hand. Learning how STEM education equips students for real-world success by building technological competencies while developing in-demand soft skills such as collaboration, creativity and problem-solving from age 5 until graduation. Parents will also get a hands-on demonstration of the latest in educational technology.

Becoming a Digital Savvy Parent

What can parents do to ensure their children are safe on social media without alienating them from their peers? Social media is part of everyone's life. As parents, our first instinct is to keep our children away from any danger, and social media presents many potential threats. Many hazards are hidden, and platforms continue to change and evolve- so how can parents keep up? Mr. Tim Evans, experienced Stamford Educational Technology Coordinator, will give parents expert tips on how to help their children use social media safely and answer burning questions during the live Q&A session.
