Our voices are one of our most valuable possessions. It is an essential tool for communicating with the world around us. It can be vocal, written or even drawn!!!
Incredible people throughout history have used their voices to create change. But you don’t have to be famous to make a difference in the lives of others. There are many ways, both big and small, you can use your voice for the betterment of the world we live in, regardless of how young or old you may be.

“VOICE OF YOUNG DREAMERS 2021”
ARTS & WRITING FESTIVAL
(ALL REGISTERED CHILDREN RECEIVE A CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION)
Arts Competition will be held for two age groups 6-9 years & 10-13 years. Children can express their feelings, thoughts, emotions and expressions on any topic they are passionate about, by creating artwork on A3 size paper about using any medium of paints/colours/sketch. Three winners will be chosen in both age groups.
- Writing Competition will be held for two age groups 6-9 years & 10-13 years. Young Writers are invited to submit their original work in form of a poem, essay or short story (up to 500 words or 25 lines) on any topic they are passionate about – from descriptive to narrative in English language. Three winners will be chosen in both age groups.
- Yoga Workshop - Every single day our young ones go through various emotions – happy, sad, surprised, angry, excited and sometimes even frustrated. Yoga is great way to learn to control our own emotions. Emotions Yoga will help your kids to manage emotions through various poses.
- Mindfulness for kids - In these unprecedented times, it is imperative for us to continue to build positivity and help our children to overcome their anxiety using mindfulness techniques. To help kids find their way into practicing mindfulness, we will be conducting a workshop to enable them to become more self-aware, manage stress and be able to handle difficult situations.
- Parenting Seminar - As parents, we always questions ourself whether we are good and effective parents to our children. We question the choices we make and whether our children are inheriting our insecurities and weakness. In this workshop we will be discussing the fundamental ways of Conscious parenting and step-by-step ways to nurture your child’s growth and wellbeing at every stage.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- For Arts & Writing Competition let the children to complete their artwork at home in their own time with minimal or no help from adults.
- For Arts Competition please send:
1) One clear photo of the artwork with the name and age of the child clearly written on the top right hand corner of the paper.
2) One picture of your child holding their artwork. Email to: shikha@kitkateventz.com
– For Writing Competition please send us typed format of their piece in English with the name and age of the child. Kindly note any work that is plagiarised will be disqualified. Email to: shikha@kitkateventz.com
– Deadline for submission is 13 December 2021 Monday 5PM HKT/SGT for art competition & writing Competition.
– The Judge’s decision will be final and cannot be refuted.
– All other activities will happen virtually via Zoom (Webinar Format). A link will be sent only to registered participants.
– Only Registered Children will be given a certificate.
– Parents/Guardians of registered children can join the parenting seminar on both days, should they wish to.
– All registered children can attend any of the activities during the 2-Day Festival
