thePatsy's Summer Camp is designed to suit children aged 7 up to 18 years of age.
All menus will be led by professional chefs to introduce different culinary techniques, healthy diet and the importance of kitchen hygiene.
Students will learn this unique technique in using beaten egg white as a leavening agent, as they incorporate air into the batter, which will expand in the oven and cause the cake to rise into a tender, soft chiffon cake.
