Patrick Chen, Disc Jockey, is passionate about cooking ever since his childhood thanks to the cultivation by his local helper. After his children were born, he has been devoted to developing new dishes for them. He will impart his French culinary knowledge to kids and teach them professional cooking techniques and French culture, as a way to cultivate a sense of concentration, express appreciation and nurture creativity.
