Turning Circles is a company dedicated to bringing the art of the Hula Hoop to the next level.

'Hula Hoop Dance' has been increasing in popularity all over the world, and is a fun way to get a good workout. Our creative classes are 'tricks' based, where you learn different ways to move with the hula hoop. Classes are a great way to tone core, shoulders, and legs, and work on balance, stability, and focus. The playful atmosphere is sure to keep you smiling throughout your workout, and brings an element of fun and lightheartedness.

In addition to offering classes for adults, Turning Circles also offers kids classes, high tech LED hoop performances, birthday parties for kids (including games, tricks, performance, and make-you-own hula hoop workshops!), hen parties, hand-made hula hoops, yoga/hula hoop retreats, and private yoga classes.
