Victoria Park
Located at the city centre of Hong Kong Island, Victoria Park was opened in October 1957 and was named after the statue of Queen Victoria.
The Park has been refurbished from 2000 to 2002. With an area of over 19 hectares, Victoria Park is the largest park in Hong Kong Island.
An oasis of calm and space in teeming, bustling, non-stop moving Causeway Bay, Victoria Park can offer a welcome respite to an urban shopping spree. This is what makes it so popular with locals.
The park is also where you’ll see choreographed tai chi sessions in the mornings, glowing lanterns during the Mid-Autumn Festival and a colourful flower market during Chinese New Year.
Outdoor Facilities: tennis courts, bowling green, soccer pitches, basketball courts, fitness stations andjogging trail, children playground, model boat pool, handball cum volleyball courts, roller skating rinks and others.
Indoor Facilities: swimming pool complex.
