WWF’s annual Run for Wild fundraising event is around the corner! This year’s theme is “Race Against Extinction”.
Event participants can select from six species threatened with extinction (i.e. panda, tiger, green turtle, black-faced spoonbill, Chinese white dolphin or shark) to represent during the race. Dress up as one of the species to compete in the newly-added costume award category!
Run for Wild is more than just a race and at the event you will also learn about wildlife conservation. Participants of 3km fun run and 1km family run will be able to run in the “wild” with obstacles that mimic the environment of the six focus species.
The event will also feature interactive games and educational booths.
