ESM was established in 2004 with the ambition of bringing high quality sports coaching to the youth of the Middle East at premium sports facilities.

ESM Academies manages a first-class Football Academy, Cricket Academy, Basketball Academy, Rugby Academy and multi-activity holiday camps in Dubai & Abu Dhabi with a proven track record of developing holistic athletes from grass roots to elite performance.

ESM Football Academy is a leading football academy in Dubai with a history of over 14 years in delivering first-class coaching programs to young aspiring footballers. ESM Football Academy is the first non-local football organization to have been granted club status officially recognized by the UAE Football Association. This is the result of continued evolvement as a development platform for youth footballers with a holistic approach to player development.

ESM Cricket Academy is the cricket coaching school of choice of aspiring cricketers in Dubai. Our professional, results-based, high-performance curriculum that combines sports development and practical cricket skills provide rapid development and prepare children for a career in the sport.

At ESM Basketball together with PSSA Basketball Academy players are created. We train them by focusing on basketball techniques, skill development, strength and conditioning. The program centralizes on team work as well as individual techniques. Our efforts were designed to develop the basketball player completely. The program goes beyond offering overseers basketball opportunities and scholarship programs in line with PSSA goal of setting the bar higher in the sports industry in the region.

ESM Fencing is a dynamic fencing Academy for Boys & Girls between the age of 7 – 16 years. We promote elite-level fencing amongst school children. Fencing builds discipline and control and instils self-confidence. Learn fencing from our highly accomplished coach in a fun and safe environment.

The ESM Rugby Academy (powered by Dubai Exiles RFC) is designed to introduce and enhance rugby union skills for pupils of all ages between 4 to 19 years and is hosted both at GEMS Wellington Silicon Oasis and the famous Dubai Sevens Stadium. Our program is powered by the highly experienced and qualified coaching team from Dubai Exiles RFC, the region’s oldest and most successful rugby club, and offers young players immediate access to structured and fun training sessions designed to safely build their skills and competencies in the game of rugby with a smile on their face.

ESM Multi-Activity Camps are the leading holiday camp providers for children aged 4-14 in the UAE. We have developed a strong reputation by constantly focusing on what parents and children want by creating a camp environment which encourages children to thrive, learn and develop whilst making friends and having fun.

We are also big believers that a truly outstanding athlete is based on far more than results. ESM fosters a community spirit amongst athletes, families, coaches, venues and partner academies. We also offer value-added offerings such a video analysis, technological analysis coaching, strength and conditioning coaching, sportsmanship and etiquette lessons and much more, to ensure we produce well-rounded athletes.
