Experts in children’s fitness

My Gym has developed an extraordinary program and facility devised to help children 6 weeks thru 10 years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Children have loads of fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, agility and flexibility while developing social skills, confidence and self-esteem. The programs focus on growth in all three categories because we view each step of development in these areas as an essential "building block" toward becoming a happy, healthy, well-adjusted human being.

My Gym Kids learn more about themselves as they develop independence, self-discipline, social skills and even a sense of humor, all of which lead to an increased feeling of self-worth. A child who feels good about him/herself has a jumpstart on the path to success.

Parties

Birthday Party Package includes: (minimum 20 kids)

2 hour birthday with exclusive use of the facility (1hr in gym and 30 mins for food, cake & extra activities).
Trained staff and fully programmed age-appropriate activities.
All My Gym decorations, tablecloths, balloons, plates, forks, napkins and 25 Invitations.
Children’s meal includes: Nuggets, mini-pizza, cucumber & carrot sticks, choice of juice, water and 2 additional side dishes.
