Henna Tattoo

This workshop is also a perfect opportunity to doodle on your friends or bond with your loved ones with some skin to skin contact. Why don't you try all the tattoo designs that you were too afraid to try during this workshop! You can also joke that you got inked to your relatives this CNY as a harmless prank.

What will you learn?

The class is a fun and colourful introduction to henna that is designed for newcomers. For ice-breaking, you will start by making a hand cast aroma stone and aroma perfume.

Next, you will learn the tools of the craft, how to control the henna tube and how to transfer a design.

You will leave feeling more connected to your friend / significant other and will be able to keep a piece of the special memory that you have made.

We will confirm your seat(s) once all fees are received. Deadline for any cancellation or changes (eg. rescheduling) is 2 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. All fees will become non-refundable after the deadline.

**We will only use safe, allergy-free Henna materials for the workshop**

Henna is a plant native to the Middle East, which has been used since ancient times to dye the skin and hair. The fragrant flowers are used to create perfume, and the leaves are dried and then turned into a fine powder that's used for dying clothes, hair and temporarily dying the skin -- hence henna tattooing.

Although henna is deeply rooted in Indian wedding tradition (Mehndi), these days many people are enjoying henna as an alternative to ink tattoo due to its semi-permanent nature (3-15 days). Unlike tattoos, with Hennas, you don’t need to worry about committing to something permanent or the designs washing away instantly like tattoo stickers do.
