Galaxy Scientific Group established many observatories & planetariums in East Asia, also regional distributors of different astro equipment.

Humankind has long known that nature and us are inseparable. Peasants relied on the sky to set their daily routines, which slowly developed into calendar. From this came all sorts of knowledge; and among them the oldest and the most mysterious of all, astronomy.

There has been a significant growth of interest in astronomy in the last hundred years. The recognition of contributions in the field of astronomy by the Shaw Prize and China’s achievements in space advancement manifest the importance of this knowledge and helps to bring the study of the outer space closer to the community.

All in all, the study of astronomy can equip us with various skills needed in learning, and brings us to better appreciation of art and nature. It is with this that we can be a responsible global citizen.
