Heifer Hong Kong’s annual fundraising event “Race to Feed” aims to engage the whole community to run for a good cause!

Since the first event in 2006, it has raised over HK$45 million to help tens of thousands of poor farmers in rural China become self-reliant.

This year other than “1K x 5 Relay” for the Corporate/Organization teams, “10K Individual Run” and “3K Family Fun Run,” Race also welcomes runners to form teams for group runs. With this year’s theme, “Heifer Alliance”, participants not only can challenge themselves physically, but also learn about the life-changing power of animals and spend a meaningful Sunday morning with family and friends!

Donations raised will be allocated to poverty alleviation projects in China.

Race Info

Individual “10K Run”

Participants must be aged 16 years or older and will be placed by male/female in different groups according to his/her year of birth. (5 categories for each gender)

Family “3K Fun Run”(2-4 members/Team)

Each team must comprise of 2 to 4 members, 1 team member must be aged within 3-12 years old; with at least 1 team member aged 18 years or older.

Group “3K Fun Run” (2-4 members/Team)

Each team must comprise of 2 to 4 members, all team members should aged 13 years or older.

Corporation/Small & Medium Enterprises/Non-Profit, Educational & Healthcare organisation

Each team must comprise of 5 members aged 16 or above.
Each female participant would have a “minus 25 seconds” benefit in counting results. (The gender combination of team could not be revised.) Team result will be calculated based on the finish time of the last team member.

Awards and Souvenirs

Various race awards will be presented to participants of each race category, including trophies, medals, certificates and gifts;
All participants will receive a Heifer T-shirt, a commemorative medal and an event gift pack.
A race completion certificate can be provided to participants upon request at a cost of HK$30 each, which will be mailed out within 2 months after the completion of race.
