Dad’s desire to become a Paperback Writer uproots them from their home in Paris & takes them to Liverpool in England. But, when dad’s new job falls through and he ends up selling Hoovers door to door, Maggie is often home alone in this strange new land. With only her daydreams for company Maggie’s world begins to spiral out of control!
