The pun choi, or basin feast, is often served out in the open in country villages during religious rituals, festivals and other special occasions
With an assortment of food props and model cooking utensils at hand, little chefs will "cook up" a sumptuous pun choi feast and get a glimpse into both age-old food culture and the co-operative clansman spirit.
