Exploring Science Park, discovering the latest cool tech or simply being inspired, has never been easier.
A tailored tour for students and visitors alike, guests can discover all the cutting-edge inventions that are changing the world at Science Park, learn more about career prospects from successful technology companies; as well as get into action at Robo Workshop where they can learn how mathematics, engineering, physics, coding all work together to create for robots.
Areas of exploration include fibre optics, motion sensing technologies and augmented reality, to name but a few.
These tours are guided by our ambassadors who will guide visitors to check out different thematic areas in Science Explorer including the green and environmental friendly architectural design (Green Concepts and Green Trail).
Green Trail @ Science Park Phase 3
Science Park Phase 3 is a “living laboratory” where the buildings are designed on sustainability principles and make use of three key design principles of reduction, efficiency and generation, to encourage smarter use of resources and a greener lifestyle at workplace. The Phase 3 project obtained LEED V2009: Platinum (Core and Shell) recognition conferred by the US Green Building Council, and received the Grand Award in the New Building Category (Completed Buildings) in the Green Building Awards 2014.
The Green Trail walks you through 17 selected green building design features in Phase 3. Along the way, you can enjoy the tranquil landscape of the Park and at the same time, discover how technological innovations have emerged into modern architectural design and shape our way towards a greener future.

How to get there?
- 5-minute from MTR University Station by taking 272K.
- 10-minute from MTR Shatin Station (Pai Tau Street, near to IKEA) by taking minibus route number 27.
- 1,500 parking spaces available at Science Park. From Monday to Sunday (include public holiday), visitor can enjoy first 2 hours free parking for purchase at HK$200 or above or first 4 hours free parking for purchase at HK$400 or above. Each valid receipt is applicable to redeem complimentary parking for one private vehicle or motorcycle only.
- Free battery charging service for electric vehicle.
- Bicycle parking spaces are also available at the Park.
