Learning Chinese characters can be fun!
Chao Li-Chen, a linguistics research in Taiwan, developed an approach that takes advantage of children's heightened sense of ancient Chinese characters. It has been shown to be so effective that Waldorf schools throughout Taiwan have adopted it as part of their primary grades' curriculum.
In this talk, speaker Mr S K Ng (former lecturer at Baptist University) will give an introduction of this teaching method and practical applications. Teachers, parents, or any other interested parties are most welcome to join!
