Don’t be lulled by the crispy exterior of these little balls of Mochi Bread. Bite into one and you’ll experience a pillowy softness unlike anything else. However, be warned! These scrumptious little balls are dangerously moreish. Once you start, you’re going to be hard-pressed to stop eating them. It’s a good thing you’ll be learning how to make them in this class! Two flavours will be taught, chocolate and cheese.

Please note:
1. Upon completion of the class, participants will be taking home 15 balls of each flavour home with them (30 in total).
2. Some ingredients will be shared with other students in the class.
3. Every participant in a parent-child is entitled to bring one child between the ages of 4 and 15.
