Cute and delicious—a winning combo that’s pretty tough to beat! In this class, our experienced and talented instructors will be teaching you how to make these loveable Custard Chicken Buns and Pork Floss Lion Buns. In this class you’ll be using the sponge and dough method, a two-step baking process that involves making a sponge and allowing it to ferment before adding it to the dough’s ingredients. The end result being a delightfully soft and redolent texture, packaged in something irresistibly adorable, made in atmosphere brimming with fun and smiles.
1. Upon completion of the class, participants will be taking 3 Custard Chicken Buns and 3 Pork Floss Lion Buns home with them.
2. Certain baking techniques will be conducted with other students.
3. Every participating student may bring one child between the ages of 8-15 years old.
