It may seem like a simple snack, but it actually requires a certain amount of skill and thought to make! This course teaches how to make two Shanghai-style buns: Shanghai pot stickers and mushroom vegetable buns! The vegetarian buns are made from a variety of vegetarian ingredients such as shiitake mushrooms, chopped fungus, and chopped Chinese cabbage. They are wrapped in dough and fermented and steamed. They taste sweet and refreshing. The pot stickers are stuffed with pork belly and minced pork belly, and the meat juice splashes out when you bite them, leaving you with endless aftertaste. Sign up to make Shanghai-style buns and savor the classic Shanghai flavor!
**Note:
1. After completing the class, participants can take away the finished products, a total of 4 mushroom vegetable buns and 8 Shanghai pot stickers.
2. Some ingredients will be shared with other students.
3. This course only accepts registration from students aged 16 or above.
