The tulip-shaped dessert is a surprise debut! The outer tulip petals are crispy "cat tongue cake", and the inner tulip shape is a melt-in-your-mouth Italian cream meringue, and then add loose puff pastry at the bottom for a rich taste. The three colors of flowers are strawberry, chocolate and mango passion fruit in three different flavors.
